Chase Center
San Francisco, CA
The Chase Center is an 18,000-seat sports and entertainment venue serving as home court for the Golden State Warriors. The cast-in-place concrete and structural steel building is comprised of a metal panel and curtainwall facade. The site includes Uber’s headquarters located in two 11-story office buildings, an iconic glass enclosed broadcast studio, and over 20 unique retail options, publicly-accessible plazas, and two levels of below-grade parking.
Snapdragon Stadium
San Diego, CA
Snapdragon is a multi-use stadium situated on the 160-acre SDSU West campus. The 35,000-seat stadium serves as the new home for the SDSU Aztec football team, collegiate football, professional and collegiate soccer, NCAA championship games, concerts, and other events. The stadium features state-of-the-art sound systems and premium spaces inspired by the neighborhoods of San Diego.
Nationals Park
Washington, DC
The 1.1 million GSF ballpark serves as home to the Washington Nationals. The stadium includes seating for more than 41,546 fans, 79 suites on three levels, and concession stands, restaurants, retail shops, and entertainment areas. The project also included two parking structures totaling 488,000 SF and 1,240 spaces. The project is LEED Silver certified and has the distinction of being the first major league baseball stadium in the United States to achieve LEED certification.
