Inova Women's Hospital & Children's Hospital
Falls Church, VA
This 12-story, 665,000 SF Women’s and Children’s Hospital has 192 patient rooms, a 108-bed neonatal ICU, 33 labor and delivery rooms, six c-section suites, and eight operating rooms. The facility includes support areas, a ground-floor clinic, and a kitchen. The Inova Children’s Hospital, with 116 private pediatric rooms, occupies three floors and has a dedicated entrance
Clovis Community Medical Center New Patient Tower
Clovis, VA
The Clovis Community Medical Center’s new patient tower, is a five-story, 144-bed building adding 435,000 SF to the campus. It includes six operating rooms, 24 intensive care beds, a new lobby, and a 617-space parking structure.
UW Center for Behavioral Health Teaching Facility
Seattle, WA
The UW Center for Behavioral Health & Learning (CBHL), is a 189,000 SF teaching facility featuring outdoor terraces, a cafeteria, and social dining areas. The new facility provides training to behavioral health specialists, as well as clinical inpatient and outpatient care for individuals with behavioral and mental health needs. The project is LEED Gold certified.
