Music City Center
Nashville, TN
The 2.1 million square foot convention center includes 59 meeting rooms, two ballrooms, 36 loading docks, 175,000 square foot green roof wich collects water stored in a 500,000 gallon tank reused as graywater, and a 1,775-car parking garage. The project is LEED Gold, exceeding the goal of LEED Silver.
Seattle Convention Center Summit Building
Seattle, WA
The 1,400,000 SF addition, nearly doubles the capacity of the existing facility and significantly enhancing the city’s ability to attract events and visitors to the region. The addition includes a new ballroom, flex space with an outdoor terrace, and a new exhibit hall. The project is LEED Platinum certified.
Walter E. Washington Convention Center
Washington, DC
This facility, constructed within a fast-track, 44-month schedule, offers approximately 725,000 SF of exhibit hall space, 150,000 SF of meeting rooms, and a 70,000 SF ballroom. Also included was a central plant with enough power to support a town of 7,500 people and enough emergency power to support 300 homes (most electrical power per square foot of any convention center in the United States).
