FBI Central Records Complex
Winchester, VA
This 256,000 square-foot facility consolidates official records from 265 FBI locations worldwide to enable the storage, retrieval, and management of mission-critical FBI assets. The team built a secure, state-of-the-art Class A office space for 450 employees, as well as an automated records storage and retrieval system building, visitor screening center, and operation support and secure service areas.
East Campus Building 2 (ECB2)
Fort Meade, MD
EBC2 is a 846,114 SF, seven-story operations facility with a below-grade basement utility plant at Ft. Meade in Maryland. The facility includes command centers, open operations floors and office areas, analyst collaboration areas, and multi-purpose conference facilities, as well as a 20,000-square-foot dining facility, 5,500-square-foot fitness center, and retail spaces.
NGA Campus East
City Fort Belvoir, VA
NGA Campus East called for the construction of 3.9 million GSF of development over 130 acres at Virginia's Fort Belvoir. The project includes construction of office and support spaces totaling more than two million square-feet, technology center, central utility plant, visitor control center, infrastructure support, and sitework including ten miles of roadwork and a four-lane bridge over Accotink Creek.
